🔁 Returns & Exchanges
At Hawaii’s Best, Delivered!, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
📦 Return Policy for Non-Perishable Items
We accept returns on non-perishable products (such as Māmaki tea, organic honey, or pantry items) within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date

Include your order number and reason for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
🧊 Perishable Items
Due to the nature of perishable products (like fresh seafood, flowers, and tropical fruits), all sales are final on these items.
However, if your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

A brief description of the issue
If eligible, we’ll issue a replacement, refund, or store credit.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
🔄 Subscription Boxes
You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account.
Cancellations must be made before your next billing date. Refunds are not issued for boxes that have already shipped.
🛑 Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues
Please verify your shipping address before placing an order.
We are not responsible for delays, loss, or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.
If your package is marked as “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact us — we’re happy to help investigate.
